 The latest release is available as Eclipse Plug-Ins via Update Site.

The library currently has dependencies on ECore for the physical model. It does not require that much programming skill to replace this model by another base model if you like.
The NMEA processing is constructed in a way that you may opt to use OSGi Services for providing InputStreams and register listeners that grab parsed data or you may use the classes standalone and provide the input stream and listeners directly.
